With a solid international track record in leadership and business management, our founder combines practical experience with a human-centered approach to transform organizations and empower all professionals.
I am Alexandre Roudaut De Jesus, with a professional trajectory spanning over 15 years in team management and sales. I have decided to leverage my commercial and emotional skills to benefit your company.
Throughout my career, I have faced numerous obstacles, both professionally and personally, which have allowed me to demonstrate my resilience, perseverance, and empathy. My international training has also given me greater perspective and adaptability.
Over the years, I have successfully led projects to achieve proposed objectives by understanding and empowering people’s emotions. This has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that arise within organizations.
My interest in emotional intelligence originated from my personal history. I grew up in a fractured and challenging family environment, which forced me to take on significant responsibilities at a young age and care for my family. Despite the obstacles, my experience has shaped me into a resilient and determined person, qualities that I have applied both in my personal life and professional career.
